Registry Agreement
Effective
This Registry Agreement governs enrollment in and participation in the BoffoHouse Collector Registry. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Nature of Enrollment
Enrollment in the BoffoHouse Registry is a voluntary expression of collector interest. It does not constitute a purchase, a reservation, a right to acquire, or any form of financial commitment. Registry positions are maintained at the sole discretion of BoffoHouse.
Registry Position
Upon enrollment, you are assigned a registry position. This position is personal and non-transferable. It does not confer priority, preference, or guaranteed access to any release. BoffoHouse may, at its discretion, use registry position as one factor in determining collector outreach for forthcoming releases.
Communications
By enrolling, you consent to receive communications from BoffoHouse regarding forthcoming releases, registry updates, and matters directly relevant to the collection. You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any communication or by contacting [email protected].
Accuracy of Information
You represent that all information provided at enrollment is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information. BoffoHouse is not responsible for communications that fail to reach you due to inaccurate contact information.
Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the Registry at any time by contacting [email protected] or using the preference management link in any communication. Withdrawal is permanent. Re-enrollment may be permitted at BoffoHouse's discretion.
Modification and Termination
BoffoHouse reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement or to terminate the Registry program at any time, with or without notice. In the event of termination, enrolled collectors will be notified.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
